Before & After Renovation with a Testimonial

Attached are the before and after pictures on our project in Sterling, CO. As I shared with Ken we completed this project in the first quarter of the year. During the second quarter our sales increased 19.6% over last year's sales. An amazing feat in our shoulder season. Our third quarter was up 6.3%. Our third quarter is our high occupancy quarter therefore the majority of increase comes from rate. Our fourth quarter to date is up 15.6%. Compare those numbers to Smith Travel Research's report that says Colorado is down 13.6% YTD in the midscale market.
I must admit some of the suggestions Ken gave us seemed expensive and somewhat scary. Now, it seems like the best thing we could have done.Thanks again and we hope you can use these to promote your great product.
